Who are eligible to participate in the Contest?

Anyone from pre-scholar to high school student can participate in the contest. There are four categories for all the contest: Pre-scholar, Grade 1 to 3, Grade 4 to 7 and Grade 8 to 10. You can participate in any contest (one or more) you like.

Why should I participate in these Contest?

All of you have innate talent and interest in different fields. These contest provide you myriad of opportunities to showcase you hidden talent globally by sitting at home. You can receive a certificate which would help in your extracurricular activity or improve your CV. Also, your talent can be published/exposed globally which gives you recognition throughout the world.

How to participate in the contest?

We organize monthly contest throughout the year. You have to pay NRs. 200 each contest through E-sewa ID-9848848557. The details (Name, Address, Class, Age, School’s Name, Parents Name, Phone No., Name of the Event and E-mail) along with the screenshot of E-sewa payment has to be send us at events.ctfnepal@gmail.com

Where can I find the Details and Result of each Contest?

The details of each event and result announcement is given in the event segment of our website.

I am not Nepali. Can I participate?

Yes, it is an International contest and participants form all the countries are equally eligible. Please be assured that the all the information shared with us will remain confidential.

What type of certificate will I receive?

All the eligible participants will receive e-certificate (no hard copy, but the e-certificate is printable and you can print it at your nearby printing shop) through email. The e-certificate will be signed by Higher Authorities and would immensely help in strengthening your CV.

When will I get my certificate?

The e-certificate will be mailed after few days of result announcement.

What reward I shall get?

The winner (only first prize winner) will receive Trophy and one additional prize.  All the eligible participants will receive e-certificate. The trophy or prizes are delivered at the postal address of the winners.

What is the deadline for Registration?

The deadline is up to midnight of 25th of every month.

Who are the jury members of these contest?

Smart Dimag has a professional team of judges for the judgement . Some are fixed and some are invited every month. All the jury members are highly qualified and work in renowned organizations. They do the judgments in unbiased way and do it considering their social responsibility.

How many participants, participate in this contest?

We can not disclose it. However, remember that it is a highly competitive contest with large numbers of participations.

How to submit for the contest?

You need to email to events.ctfnepal@gmail.com by attaching your contest file.

When and where the result is announced?

The result is announced through our website  www.smartdimag.com , facebook https://www.facebook.com/SmartDimag/) on or before 5th of each month. So you are encouraged to follow/like the facebook/instagram page.

How can I join with Smart Dimag Team?

You can volunteer us and join as prestigious Student Ambassador or City Ambassador. You will be given certificate for this after completion of induction. It is like a social activity and can be done from anywhere, anytime, without physical presence. If anyone interested, they can send their resume to info@smartdimag.com with subject “Ambassador”. Everyone is eligible for application, however, the selection will be based on some criteria, which can be discussed after the receipt of application. There is no finance involved in any stage. No one should pay any one for this certificate. Some fake are already in the market to lure you to get you ambassador of Smart Dimag. Beware of such fraudulent.  Directly contact us.

Where can I get the new announcement about any contest or new projects?

Our all online competitions are organized every month. The registration deadline is from 1st to 25th of every month. The result is announced/published on or before 5th of each month. Please visit our website www.smartdimag.com
